Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.
Ship the Parcel
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
